Sea of Tranquility
A downloadable game for Windows
At the height of the Cold War, 120 lunar bases were commissioned, a genius loophole around the legislation of human experimentation. Identity became fluid, turning the twisted lives of death row inmates into a synthetic consciousness made from thousands of fragmented memories.
Unfortunately, while once considered vital to national security, they were soon deemed politically and ethically indefensible under current international law and public scrutiny, so within 5 years, the program was halted
Now, 18 years later, the station has sent a signal. Fragmented. Repeating. In a voice that should not be alive.
There are no laws on the Moon.
Only consequences.
